Trung is currently a Residence Advisor, who lives with Fulbright students at the residence. He first knew about Fulbright through a Harvard alumni talk held at the school; since then, he’s been impressed by the idea of creating a learning environment in which students truly take the lead. And that thought kept pushing him forward, helping him become a part of Fulbright community.
Trung graduated from University of Social Sciences and Humanities with a Bachelor’s degree in English Linguistics and Literature. Although he majored in Translation and Interpreting, he took a different from career path into education field. Before joining Fulbright, he had experience working as a English teacher and Academic Product Development executive. However, he wanted to broaden his experience in the university environment, so that’s why he chose Fulbright University Vietnam as his destination. Trung believes that students are the core of education and he want to grasp this opportunity to learn about and from the young minds.
Besides work, Trung has a huge passion for music. He used to be a vice president of a music club back when he was at the university and held some acoustic shows with his friends.
