At the Fulbright School of Public Policy and Management (FSPPM), our Master in Public Policy (MPP) program offers a unique, American-standard approach to public policy education, tailored for the Vietnamese context. This transformative program, inspired by the renowned curriculum of the Harvard Kennedy School, equips current and future leaders with the skills to tackle complex policy challenges. Through a blend of academic rigor and practical experience, students gain expertise in Policy Analysis and Leadership & Management, leading to a deep impact in public service, social enterprises, education, and the private sector.

In addition to our master programs, we offer customized short courses for individuals, organizations, and businesses through our Executive Education Programs. These programs are designed to assist learners in finding effective solutions for complex challenges in today’s volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) world.

Moreover, in collaboration with the Harvard Kennedy School (HKS), we are honored to co-host the Vietnam Executive Leadership Program (VELP). This 5-day program, held at HKS, is specifically designed for high-ranking Vietnamese politicians at the Vice-Ministerial level and above. Typically led by a Deputy Prime Minister or a Politburo member, VELP provides a platform for participants to engage in discussions on significant global socio-economic trends and address policy challenges crucial for Vietnam’s development.

The Fulbright School of Public Policy and Management (FSPPM) engages in several key initiatives aimed at enhancing public policy education and practical application. These include the Vietnam Digital Government Academy for local innovation leaders, the Mekong – US Partnership Program (MUSP) offering scholarships for Mekong region officials, and the Natural Capital Management Program to address environmental challenges. Additionally, FSPPM participates in the development of the provincial Master Plans such as Tay Ninh, Thua Thien Hue, Hai Phong, Ha Giang and more, showcasing its commitment to impactful research and community development.
