Co – Designer Phan Ngoc Lan Nhi has been a passionate amateur photographer. One day, she was about to say goodbye to her close friend who would come back to the United States.
Nhi came up with taking a set of unique portrait photos as a farewell gift for her friend.
She brought “her Model” to an art lab and used a projector as a source of light for filming. This was the first time Nhi conducted an experiment with Conceptual photography, a trendy technique in recent years.
Nhi wrote caption for her art works as follows:
When the town has soundly slept
She puts on her nightingale
Dreamily wanders in the land of loss
Finds a love she has always longed.
