Fulbright University Vietnam and the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam (DAV) recently signed an agreement to promote the academic and educational collaboration between the two institutions.
According to this 5-year initial agreement, the two institutions will develop cooperation in areas of common interests, including reciprocal exchanges of faculty and students, collaborative research projects, exchange of publications, reports and other professional development activities. Especially, Fulbright and DAV students will be offered opportunities to enroll into and participate in courses provided by both institutions.
These rigorous academic exchanges enable Fulbright and DAV to add further values to their respective communities. The two institutions will also leverage each other’s strengths to ensure a successful collaboration delivering uncompromised standards and techniques in teaching and learning.
“This agreement, along with our partnerships with other international academic institutions, demonstrates our commitment to design a world-class university that is deeply rooted in Vietnamese context. Opening channels for our students to exchange ideas, participate in courses at prestigious partner institutions like DAV will help to add “Vietnam-ness” features into their pursuit of global knowledge and skills,” said Dam Bich Thuy, Founding President of Fulbright University Vietnam.
The partnership with Fulbright, reciprocally, presents an exciting opportunity for DAV while this institution has been proactively seeking to expand its international connections.
