Fulbright University Vietnam signed a mandate with IFC, a member of the World Bank Group, to support the construction of Fulbright’s flagship campus, on the 15- hectare site donated by the Vietnamese government in the center of Saigon High Tech Park. The mandate represents a critical step to a long-term collaborative effort, and upcoming months will see Fulbright and IFC work closely to finalize an impact financing agreement.
Fulbright’s commitment to higher education and social mission, as well as the sustainability aspect that is central to Fulbright campus design and development, were among the key factors in IFC’s interest in the project, demonstrating a shared vision of Vietnam’s future.

We believe that this shared commitment to the development of Vietnam and its future are central to our collaboration with IFC.
