Fulbright School of Public Policy and Management signed MOU with College of Management, National Chi Nan University, Taiwan.
In the explorative fieldtrip to understand Taiwanese model for economic, industrial and regional development, on 25thDecember 2018, Fulbright School of Public Policy and Management (FSPPM), Fulbright University Vietnam signed Memorandum of Understanding with College of Management, National Chi Nan University, Taiwan. The joint partnership areas include student and faculty exchange, research and education cooperation, training programs and diploma courses.
In the afternoon, FSPPM delegates paid a visit to Professor Yuhlong Oliver Su, President of Chi Nan National University. Prof. Yuhlong expressed his excitement over the official coalitions of the two schools recognized through the MOU. Prof. Yuhlong Su pledged to advocate the strengthening relationships between the two partners in particular and foster economic cooperation between Vietnam and Taiwan in general.
Previously, in the agenda of the fieldtrip, FSPPM faculty delegates led by Dr. Vu Thanh Tu Anh, had presented in front of 100 students who are studying at College of Management, Chi Nan National University in the afternoon of 24thDecember 2018.
Mr. Phan Chanh Duong and Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thanh, on behalf of FSPPM, delivered two lectures on topics: contexts and challenges of Vietnamese economy; and success in Vietnam and Taiwanese FDI investors looking from the case of South Saigon Region and Phu My Hung Urban Neighborhood Development. From the side of College of Management, Prof. Chen Chien-Liang made a presentation on the current state, opportunities and challenges of Taiwan economy.
