Fulbright University Vietnam, Vietnam’s first independent, American-style liberal arts university seeks a highly qualified academic leader to serve as the university’s next Provost/Vice President for Academic Affairs. In partnership with Fulbright President Dr. Scott Fritzen, the university’s next Provost will play a key role in shaping the continued development of the university’s academic enterprise.
About the role
Fulbright’s Provost provides intellectual leadership, guided by a compelling and transformative vision, to the university’s academic programs and our community of students, faculty and staff.
Our next Provost will have a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on Fulbright as we define our future, cultivate our culture, and pursue our bold ambitions.
As the leader of Fulbright’s academic enterprise, the Provost plays a critical role in leading and inspiring the university community to achieve the institution’s ambitious goals and meet the expectations of our external constituencies and stakeholders.
Committee
The Search Committee will be chaired by Dr. Vu Thanh Tu Anh, Dean of Fulbright School of Public Policy and Management.
Expected Timeline
Interviews to be conducted in early December. Decision to be made by mid-January.
