Phuong has many years of experience working in multinational project. Experience in working with stakeholders helps her accumulate understanding of common movements in society. Phuong loves outdoor activities, loves to travel and learn about local cultures.
Phuong graduated with a master’s degree from the Fulbright School of Public Policy and Management, Fulbright University Vietnam.
