Phu joined the Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation (CEI) with 17 years of experience in the oil and gas, and environmental monitoring industries. He used to work at the representative office of Siemens AG, as a Foreign Direct Investor at British Petroleum (BP), in joint operations at Cuulong JOC, and as a private entrepreneur. Phu started his career with the BP global challenge program and has been influenced by leadership that values safety, integrity, respect, trust, result orientation, procedure, and code of conduct.
Phu has a background in automation engineering. He specializes in project development, operations, maintenance, and business development. Phu understands business model management from both top-down and bottom-up viewpoints. He believes that working processes and procedures will enhance productivity in an organization.
He is eager to accelerate CEI’s growth, explore new areas of corporate and social innovation, and finally, bring our students and stakeholders an excellent experience in their journey for innovation and entrepreneurship with CEI.
