Minh Chau has over 20 years of HR experience in management roles and multinational business practices,both in the commercial and manufacturing sectors. She has most recently held HR executive positions at Gameloft Vietnam, Syngenta Vietnam, Baxter Healthcare, and GlaxoSmithKline (GSK).
She brings to Fulbright a broad experience focused on rebuilding HR teams by setting up policies and procedures, and embedding new cultural expectations. Throughout her distinguished career, Minh Chau has been an agent of change with a proven record of managing complex projects, guiding mergers and acquisitions, and creating systems for talent management and training. She understands that HR’s role within Fulbright can be transformative by building organizational capability.
Minh Chau earned her master’s degree in business administration from Gloucestershire University (UK). She holds a dual bachelor degree in Business Management & English, and Accounting & Finance.
