Bio: As a senior cadre teaching in military schools, his specialty is political theory and state administration. Completed a master’s degree, Academy of Politics, Hanoi, Vietnam, majoring in Marxist-Leninist Philosophy. Before joining Fulbright University Vietnam, Minh received basic training in political theory, state administration, more than 30 years of teaching in schools of the Vietnam People’s Army. Won the first prize for the best lecturer in the whole army in 1998, the first prize for the best lecturer in universities and colleges nationwide in 2006. Currently, he is the Head of the Department of Political Theory, Faculty of Social Sciences & Humanities at the University. Duy Tan, Da Nang, Vietnam.
