Thu has always been interested in gaining knowledge about personal and professional development. As a Programs and Partners Coordinator at Career Services team at Fulbright, Thu is given amazing opportunities to oversee and foster the professional development for Fulbright students – the new generation of change makers. Thu is responsible for developing and managing the partnership with employer partners and collaborating career events to equip students with knowledge and skillsets to shape their career paths.
Thu believes in youth empowerment, especially for students to grow. She has been engaged with many educational social impact projects funded by the U.S. Department of State such as Make Science Make Sense, DATAcracy, and most recently, TechGirls. Thu is an active U.S. Exchange alumni under the YSEALI Academic Fellowship, in which she spent time studying Civic Engagement at Arizona State University.
Before joining Fulbright, Thu has gained diverse professional experience in Marketing & Communications, Business Development, and Corporate Affairs. The experiential learning gained through these professional paths helps Thu to cultivate several approaches to career growth. Thu graduated from Foreign Trade University in Ho Chi Minh city, with a BA in International Business Administration. Thu is also a certified IELTS Teacher, accredited by ALAP.
Thu spends her leisure time as a part-time food blogger and film photographer.
