20 years in the Human Resources profession with 15 years in leadership roles and having tremendous experience in Recruitment, L & OD and Consulting have allowed Thu to grow and develop her leadership style. Thu strongly believes in coaching & mentoring and helping young people to develop and that everything could be achieved through effective communication.
Thu is people-oriented & business-focused, she possesses high energy, commitment & enthusiasm in her job. With a very diverse view and deep knowledge about cultural differences, she has a vision and passion for developing talent and in contributing to the success of Fulbright University Vietnam by building performance-driven workforce and a mission-driven culture.
Thu finds work life balance in cooking, reading, music, spending time with good friends and traveling the world with the family.
