Duy An holds a BA in International Relations at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Ho Chi Minh City National University. After graduation, he worked in hospitality before finding his interest in education. It is like a true calling as he recalls his interaction with students of varying ages throughout his time at high school and university.
In 2019, Duy An together with his two friends founded a not-for-profit organization named Vietnamme. Vietnamme desires to re-depict Vietnamese inspirations with contemporary strokes and through multiple art prisms. With education at its core, Vietnamme’s activities aim at constructing and nurturing youths’ appreciation for arts and culture, especially local culture. They can hence create their own narratives of Vietnamese identity.
Joining Fulbright University Vietnam, Duy An hopes to continue his pursuit of lifelong learning and accompany the students on their journey of becoming decent, happy human beings.
