Tam was born in Saigon and spent years studying in Hue City. Graduating from Hue University with a bachelor’s degree in Tourism Studies, Tam completed a management training in Singapore. While working in the tourism industry, Tam engaged in various Company Society Responsibility (CSR) projects and volunteered in educational campaigns for the local people, which changed her career pathway.
Tam worked five years in international education before joining Fulbright University Vietnam. She is experienced in administrative and operational support, especially in relations to academic services and educational consultant.
