Prof. Dr. Cao Hào Thi, President at Saigon Technology University, is the adjunct lecturer for Mathematics and Statistics for Policy Analysis in the summer term, Analytical Methods in the fall term, and the Appraisal of Development Expenditures in the spring term.
He holds a PhD in International Business Administration from the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) (Thailand), an ME in Water Resource Development from AIT, and a BSc in Civil Engineering from HCMC University of Technology.
