Demo class "Vietnam's economy amid the Covid-19 pandemic"

Following the previous two demo classes, Demo Class 3 will give applicants an overview of the impact of the current Covid-19 outbreak on the Vietnamese economy. Vietnam is experiencing the 4th wave of the pandemic with rapid spread of the virus along with a record number of cases and deaths. It is noteworthy that this wave broke out in large cities and industrial zones with high population and labor density. Therefore, the economic impact of this outbreak is unprecedented and expected to be more severe than the previous times.

Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thanh, Senior Lecturer at the Fulbright School of Public Policy and Management, will lead the lecture on this hot topic that is happening, dissecting it from a macroeconomic perspective. The demo class will focus on analyzing the main aspects:
