🍀 Chris leads BCG operation in Vietnam. An established expert in the field of competitiveness and economic development, he advises on issues relating to economic growth, institutional transformation, and business strategy. Chris obtained his bachelor’s degree from the University of Oxford and attended the London School of Business’ Executive Leadership Program.
🍀 Nguyen Phuong Mai (Mai Nguyen) has acquired rich experience in business development, corporate and HR advisory services from her over 20 years working for the renowned international organizations. She is known in the market as the first Country Head in Vietnam for ACCA Vietnam – the UK-based accountancy professional body, the Business Development Director for Deloitte Vietnam, and the General Manager for e-Silicon Vietnam.
In her current role of Managing Director for Navigos Search Vietnam, Mai continues to use her strength and experience to lead a team of over 130 consultants to provide companies and individuals with solutions for recruitment needs and career growth. Mai is passionate in growing people through training and coaching and has become a familiar speaker at the national forums focusing on the development of Vietnam labor workforce.
🍀 Lukasz has over 15 years of marketing and management experience in emerging markets, developing and transforming businesses in Poland, Kazakhstan & Central Asia, China and currently Vietnam. He is a graduate of MBA Hult International Business School in San Francisco. For last 5 years in Vietnam, he lead Leo Burnett VN to one of the leading integrated communication Agencies.
