Master in Public Policy by Fulbright School of Public Policy and Management (Fulbright University Vietnam) is now open for application in 2 concentrations: Policy Analysis (100% scholarship) and Leadership & Management (50% scholarship). Scholarships are granted by Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, U.S. Department of State.
Admission quota for Policy Analysis concentration is 40 students (prospective students are policy makers and consultants; university lecturers; research fellows; managers in NGOs or private sector).
Admission quota for Leadership & Management concentration is 40 students (prospective students are mid and senior managers in public agencies, corporations, NGOs and NPOs).

Policy Analysis students (full-time program in 15 months) are granted full scholarship worth VND 508 million per student.
Leadership & Management students (part-time program in 18 months) are granted partial scholarship and must pay the remaining tuition fee, equivalent to VND 210 million. Candidates from remote areas, public sector, ethnic groups, with academic achievements and financial constraints are considered for up to 100% scholarship.
Granted scholarships are not inclusive of accommodation, learning materials, fees of extracurricular activities, fees of Harvard course, campus services and other personal expenses.
Fulbright School of Public Policy and Management is accredited by NASPAA (Network of School of Public Policy, Affairs and Administration) – global standard in public service education in graduate level. The accreditation duration granted to FSPPM is the highest possible, 7 years and FSPPM is honored to be the first institution in Southeast Asian to earn this distinguished accreditation.
