This report was conducted by Fulbright University Vietnam in collaboration with the U.S. Embassy in Vietnam. The study examines Vietnam’s opportunities in the semiconductor industry, particularly in assembly, testing, packaging, and integrated circuit design. Its objective is to identify key gaps in workforce development, training, infrastructure, and industry-academic collaboration. The report provides recommendations to help Vietnam build a high-tech workforce and strengthen its competitiveness in the global semiconductor value chain.
