Nearly 30 students recently came together at Fulbright Leadership Level-up, a program designed to foster self-reflection, enhance leadership skills, and build strong connections.
Under the expert guidance of Ms. Amon Huyen Luu, a Forbes Vietnam Under 30 honoree who has inspired many young people, participants explored what it truly means to lead with purpose. As Class of 2027 student Nguyen Anh Thu noted, “Ms. Amon shared incredibly practical and relevant insights, especially for those of us preparing to enter the workforce. For someone like me, who is juggling both studying and working, her advice addressed my concerns directly and gave me a greater sense of confidence.”
Throughout the program, students examined their core values and how to integrate them into their personal leadership journeys, particularly in the context of our evolving world shaped by AI. Class of 2027 student Nguyen Cao Minh Tuan reflected, “Fulbright Leadership Level-Up provided an opportunity for me to look inward. Feedback from my peers helped me recognize my strengths in logical thinking, adaptability, and management—qualities I hadn’t fully appreciated before.”
The program featured dynamic discussions and engaging activities that equipped students with valuable tools and fresh perspectives to lead proactively and drive positive change. First-year student Tran Tien Loi remarked, “Leadership Level-up 2025 offers a concise yet powerful experience in understanding the spirit and practice of team leadership. It really drove home the importance of flexibility and adaptability as essential components of effective collaboration.”
