After more than a week of exciting competition, Sports Week at Fulbright University Vietnam has come to a close, leaving behind a vibrant spirit of sportsmanship and connection across the Fulbright community.

Sports Week is an annual event organized by the Student Engagement Office, attracting enthusiastic participations from students, faculties, and staffs both within and beyond the Fulbright community.

From April 19 to April 25, the Coed Tournament featured a series of mixed-gender team matches, held in collaboration with Fulbright’s sports clubs.

This year’s tournament also welcomed clubs from: University of Law, RMIT, Swinburne, Ton Duc Thang University, University of Finance and Economics, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, Western Sydney University, and more.

Tâm Đan, Class of 2028, shared: “Winning or losing didn’t matter as much as the fact that we supported and fought for one another until the very end. At Fulbright, sports are more than just competition—they’re about learning how to support, listen, and grow together.”

In addition, Sports Fest brought together over 160 students, faculties, and staffs for a fun-filled day of games designed to spread the spirit of sports and strengthen bonds across the campus. “Even though we didn’t win a trophy, we truly felt like champions, Fulbright University Vietnam encourages us to embrace sports as part of our personal growth journey—we came to the tournament with passion and left with friendship, memories, and pride,.” enthusiastically said by Phương Thảo, Class of 2027.

Let’s take a look back at some of the most memorable moments from this year’s Sports Week!
