Luong Thi Hoang Le

Mrs. Luong Thi Hoang Le is the Senior Manager of Stakeholder Engagement & Events in the Admissions and Financial Support Office at Fulbright University Vietnam. With over 20 years of experience in international education, Lê specializes in student recruitment, marketing, business development, partnerships, and event management. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Swiss School of Business and Management (SSBM Geneva), which has equipped her with a strong foundation in leadership and strategic management.

Her career began at RMIT University Vietnam, where she consistently exceeded recruitment goals, enhanced customer satisfaction, and built strong relationships across school sectors, universities, education agents, and government leaders throughout Vietnam.

Driven by a passion for growth and learning, Lê transitioned to Golden Path Academics (GPA), a startup, after 14 years at RMIT. She later joined IDP Education, a global organization, where she successfully established a new Student Placement Business Development team across Vietnam. Leveraging her deep understanding of the Vietnamese education landscape and cultural perspectives on education and industry engagement, Lê surpassed recruitment targets, improved customer satisfaction, and strengthened partnerships with key stakeholders nationwide.
