Lan Anh Nguyen

Lan Anh is the Operation and Strategic Initiatives Manager, in charge of developing the university’s growth strategy and strategic initiatives that will realize the school’s long term mission.

Her rooted passion for socially conscious businesses has driven her from consulting to various community service projects to social enterprise work to now joining Fulbright University Vietnam. She aims to continue building Fulbright into a strong and efficient organization, helping the University achieve its vision while creating a positive impact across Vietnam.

Prior to joining Fulbright, Lan Anh has built extensive business consulting experiences from both corporate and private sectors. Initially, she was a consultant with YCP Solidiance, an Asia growth focus corporate strategy consulting firm. She then spent 2 years as a Bank Partnership Manager for iCare Benefits Vietnam, a not-for-profit social enterprise. Most recently, she was Strategy & Development Manager for Hoan My Group.

Besides her professional experiences, she was previously an active Community Service Manager of SEO Vietnam, a non-profit that empowers young professionals to become responsible leaders. In this role, she was facilitating the engagement of the fellows and business partners with current issues of local social enterprises and non-profit organizations in Ho Chi Minh City, ensuring long-term impact, raising awareness, and encouraging problem-solving within the sector. She currently serves as a BOD member for the LIN Center of Community Development.

She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, specializing in Accounting & Finance from the International University, Vietnam National University.
In her spare time, she enjoys trekking, traveling, and reading while always appreciating her time just being at home.
