Huy Pham

Huy Pham joins Fulbright University Vietnam as the Head of the Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation (CEI), bringing with him over 8 years of proven expertise in innovation management, strategic partnership development, and community building across Vietnam’s dynamic startup ecosystem.

Huy earned his Chemical Engineering degree from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and is currently pursuing his MBA at Edgewood University. He has further strengthened his expertise through prestigious certifications including Google Project Management, Design Thinking from IDEO, and strategic programs from renowned institutions like Y Combinator, Copenhagen Business School, and UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. He is also a PMP candidate and CFA Level 1 candidate, demonstrating his commitment to continuous professional development.

With extensive experience spanning corporate innovation and startup acceleration, Huy has held strategic leadership roles including Strategic Project Manager at Pizza 4P’s, Senior Associate of Fundraising and Corporate Development at MindX Technology School, and Innovation Lab Manager at Viet Thai International. His track record includes managing partnership portfolios and over 100 startup deals exceeding $10M in value.
