On December 22, 2024, at the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee, the Fourth Industrial Revolution Center in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC C4IR) and Fulbright University Vietnam officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding for cooperation.

The agreement includes close collaboration in areas such as policy research and development, high-quality human resource training, and the initiation of high-impact projects. The C4IR Center commits to support Fulbright in providing information and connecting with experts, and Fulbright University Vietnam will assist the Center in developing operational models and policy reports.

The signing event took place during a meeting between HCMC leaders and the management board, founders, and network members of the C4IR Center.

Dr. Scott Fritzen, President of Fulbright University Vietnam, shared his thoughts on this cooperation agreement: “We are very excited and proud to collaborate with the C4IR Center. This agreement not only opens new doors for research and development in the fields of technology and innovation but also contributes to the formation of a new generation of leaders, ready to face and address the challenges of the modern world. We believe that this collaboration will bring long-term benefits to both parties and to Vietnam.”
