Vu Duy Hoang
Director of Human Resources and Employee Wellbeing
With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources across multinational corporations (MNCs) and large domestic enterprises with up to 20,000 employees, Hoang brings a comprehensive perspective and a solid professional foundation. He has worked in diverse environments and industries such as Pharmaceuticals, Technology, Banking, Investment Groups, and Education, allowing him to develop strong adaptability and a deep understanding of organizational culture diversity.
His extensive experience in Human Resource Management and People Development enables Hoang to build strategies, design organizational structures, and propose practical, context-appropriate solutions. His calm, attentive, and open leadership style allows him to work effectively in the diverse and highly inclusive environment at Fulbright.
Hoang graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law and the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, and completed his Master’s program in Human Resource Management at Swinburne University (Australia).
