On April 19, 2026, Fulbright University Vietnam hosted the Grand Final of the Vietnam Business Innovation Challenge (VBIC) 2026, bringing together 13 outstanding teams from across Vietnam to tackle a real-world business challenge under the theme “Well-being at a Crossroad.”

Acting as strategic consultants, finalist teams developed communication solutions for Biti’s Vietnam—focusing on how organizations can promote mental and physical well-being while engaging the next generation of talent.

🏆 Final Results:
🥇 First Prize: Vinschool Central Park
🥈 Second Prize: SSIS, Thang Long High School for the Gifted, Hung Yen High School
🥉 Third Prize: Ly Thai To High School, Hanoi–Amsterdam High School for the Gifted, Vinschool Smart City

Winning teams were awarded Fulbright scholarships valued at approximately VND 750 million to 1.2 billion, along with access to an intensive innovation bootcamp organized by the Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation (CEI).

More than a competition, VBIC 2026 reflects a learning ecosystem grounded in real-world problem-solving and collaboration.

A highlight of this year’s program was the contribution of 20 Fulbright student mentors. Coming from diverse academic backgrounds, they supported teams throughout the journey—from problem framing and idea development to refining actionable solutions—bringing interdisciplinary thinking into practice.

VBIC continues to embody Fulbright’s educational approach: learning through experience, thinking across disciplines, and engaging directly with real-world challenges. From high school participants to university mentors, the competition creates a shared space where ideas are tested, perspectives are expanded, and innovation is nurtured.

At Fulbright, innovation does not begin after graduation—it starts here, through learning experiences that empower young people to ask bold questions, collaborate across differences, and create meaningful impact.
