On the evening of December 11, the Fulbright choir from FUV Choir class presented “Oldies for Christmas,” a heartwarming concert featuring timeless Christmas songs like “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas,” “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer,” and “Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree,” along with beloved vintage pop melodies like “Bésame Mucho” and “Viva la Vida.”
The concert served as a meaningful fundraising event for two charitable organizations: Saigon Children, which supports underprivileged children’s access to education, and Wild Rhino, which works to preserve endangered rhinoceros species. Under the skillful guidance of Ms. Zorana Ignjatovic, Adjunct Music Professor at Fulbright, accompanied by artist Le Pham My Dung and special guests, Fulbright students created memorable musical moments in their first choral experience.
Thank you to everyone who came to enjoy and support this meaningful concert! 🎵✨
Let’s look back at the night from behind the scenes to stage.
