Pham Duc Thang
Residential Life Team Lead

Pham Duc Thang, known as Vincent, is the Residential Life Team Lead at Fulbright University Vietnam. He began his career in education in 2017 with a focus on international education, management, and strategy, and spent five years as Head of Boarding at the Canadian International School System. During this time, he accompanied the CoIS accreditation process, making CISS Boarding House the second boarding program in Vietnam to achieve this international standard.
At Fulbright, Vincent strives to make residential life not just a place to live, but a journey of growth. With three years of experience mentoring Student Councils at Sedbergh–BCIS and inspiring young leaders, he believes that when students are trusted and empowered, they transform into better versions of themselves and begin contributing to the communities they belong to. Fulbright gives him the space to continue living out this belief and to walk alongside students in their becoming.
Beyond residential life, Vincent is passionate about interfaith dialogue and community engagement. He serves as an advisor for the Fulbright Community Improvement and Development Organization (CIDO), sings with both the Fulbright Choir and Cantus Choir, and remains rooted in faith and service as an alumnus of Hiep Thong Catholic Student Group (formerly Saigon Catholic Student Group) and a media collaborator with the Vietnamese Jesuits (JESCOM).
What excites him most is walking alongside young people as they discover their unique strengths, shape their futures, and shine in their own ways.
“Only a life lived for others is a life worthwhile.” – Albert Einstein
