With 18 years of professional experience across Shanghai, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Paris, Denis has built a career at the intersection of cross-border investment and market expansion. He has held senior leadership roles including Founder CEO and Managing Director, primarily advising mid-cap companies on strategic growth initiatives. His expertise spans market entry, market expansion, and business building, supported by a strong operational and transactional foundation. Denis began his career in M&A at KPMG in Paris, where he developed rigorous analytical capabilities and exposure to complex deal environments. He later joined Mazars in Shanghai, where he led the mid-cap practice and established the consulting division, focusing on transaction services, company turnaround, and operational improvement.
Over time, he has guided more than 300 companies through the challenges of entering and scaling in new markets, demonstrating a consistent ability to translate strategy into execution. As the head of the Asian division of a leading consulting firm, Denis specialized in advising Trade and Foreign Direct Investment organizations on market entry strategies, helping bridge institutional objectives with private sector opportunities. He now leads his own consultancy, where he continues to support entrepreneurs and family office-backed businesses in navigating growth across borders. His work is sector-agnostic, with experience spanning Industrial, SaaS, Agritech, Food, Automotive, and Fintech industries. Across these engagements, Denis combines strategic vision with practical implementation, enabling companies to adapt to diverse regulatory, cultural, and competitive environments while building sustainable operations in new markets.
