Fulbright’s 15-hectare campus site in the Saigon Hi-Tech Park was contributed to the university by the Vietnamese government, complementing the generous financial support provided to the university by the United States government, including the State Department’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs. The campus was designed by SHoP Architects (New York) in collaboration with MH Architects, Arup, Aurecon, and DP Consulting, and is being built by Newtecons, one of Vietnam’s leading construction contractors. In line with Fulbright’s commitment to sustainable development, the campus aims for LEED Gold and EDGE certifications, reflecting its dedication to green design, energy efficiency, and a healthy learning environment for future generations.

Expected to open for the 2026–2027 academic year, the campus will serve as Fulbright’s new home for teaching, research, and innovation. The first phase of construction includes two main buildings: one housing the core technical systems that ensure uninterrupted campus operations such as power, water, air conditioning, fire safety, and security; and the other serving as Fulbright’s academic and innovation hub, featuring a traditional and digital library, hybrid classrooms, laboratories, maker spaces, and multifunctional sports and performance areas totaling nearly 10,000 m².
