This MOU for international student exchange is the second in a series of upcoming institutional partners Fulbright will be cooperating with.
Fulbright University Vietnam and Bard College recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (“MoU”) for an international student exchange. This will enable Fulbright and Bard students to go on international exchange between both institutions for an academic term, supporting the internationalization of both student bodies and building mutual understanding between liberal arts institutions across the globe. Fulbright and Bard undergraduate students will apply for university selection via their respective home institution’s internal processes. The MoU will be in effect for five years.
Jonathan Becker, Executive Vice President and Vice President for Academic Affairs of Bard College said: “Bard College is enormously pleased to add Fulbright University Vietnam, Vietnam’s first liberal arts university, to our list of international exchange partner institutions. Fulbright University Vietnam’s dedication to innovation, civic engagement, and student-centered pedagogy make it an ideal study abroad institution for Bard students, whether studying computer science, public policy, or art and media studies. Bard looks forward to welcoming Fulbright University Vietnam students via this exchange to Bard’s main campus in Annandale-on-Hudson, New York, or to the Bard Globalization and International Affairs program in New York City.”
