Fulbright University Vietnam recently celebrated a dynamic and insightful afternoon as its talented students explored the innovative landscape of CT Group at their “Youth Day and Resolution 57” event.
The visit provided a unique opportunity for students to witness firsthand the advanced 4.0 core technologies at the CT Innovation Hub and experience the vibrant, creative workspace of a leading Vietnamese corporation. This immersive experience allowed Fulbright students from diverse academic backgrounds to step into a high-potential, challenging, and promising technological environment.
Adding to the significance of the event, CT Group demonstrated its commitment to nurturing talent by awarding valuable scholarships, each worth 10,000,000 VND, to two exceptional senior Fulbright students with the highest GPA.

Dr. Dinh Vu Trang Ngan, Vice President of Student Affairs at Fulbright, emphasized the mutual benefit of the collaboration: “Today has been truly meaningful. […] We see here that talent encompasses not only technical excellence but also well-rounded individuals, and Fulbright University is eager to contribute such individuals to CT Group and to Vietnam’s future, particularly within the technology sector.”
Echoing the positive impact of the event, final-year student Nguyen Quang Tue (majoring in Art & Media Studies and Social Studies) shared: “The fast-track recruitment program with immediate job prospects, specifically designed for students like us, was incredibly engaging and impressive. The professional organization of today’s event has provided us with clearer career paths and opened up fantastic employment opportunities.”
Highlighting the immediate impact of the interaction, a remarkable number of Fulbright students – over 50% – who engaged in direct networking and interviews with CT Group leaders and tech companies received job offers on the spot. Furthermore, CT Group presented its innovative “An tâm để sáng tạo” (Creative Mind, Secured Future) recruitment program, featuring an attractive starting salary of 20 million VND per month and a clear path for salary growth based on students’ innovative contributions during their university years.
